Sales Manager (Payer & Provider UM)

Sales Manager (Payer & Provider UM)
Own top-of-funnel through closed-won for our Utilization Management offerings (In-House, Delegated, and APIs). You’ll build pipeline, run discovery with clinical and ops stakeholders, and partner with leadership to price and structure deals.
Responsibilities
- • Build and manage a 3–5× pipeline across payer, provider, and employer leads.
- • Run multi-threaded discovery with medical directors, UM leaders, and procurement.
- • Own proposals, pricing, and light RFP responses; coordinate SME inputs.
- • Forecast weekly in a simple CRM (we value accuracy over volume).
- • Partner with ops to scope SLAs, volumes, letters, criteria use, and escalation paths.
- • Negotiate MSAs/BAAs with support from leadership and outside counsel as needed.
- • Define and iterate on sales collateral and case studies with Marketing.
- • Represent Coordinate at virtual events and selected conferences.
Qualifications
- • 3+ years in B2B healthcare services or healthtech sales (payer/provider focus).
- • Familiarity with UM workflows, MCG/InterQual, prior auth, concurrent review.
- • Clear, concise communicator; excellent discovery and objection handling.
- • Comfort with simple, pragmatic CRM hygiene and weekly forecasting.
- • Able to translate clinical/ops nuances into crisp commercial proposals.
- • US work authorization.
Nice to Have
- • Hands-on experience selling to payers/TPAs or large provider groups.
- • Understanding of delegated UM models and accreditation contexts (URAC/NCQA).
- • Network of medical directors and UM leaders.
Marketing Coordinator

Marketing Coordinator
Be the engine behind our brand presence and demand gen. You’ll own the content calendar, light design, website updates, email/social, and event logistics—shipping high-quality assets quickly.
Responsibilities
- • Own the content calendar; plan and ship 1–2 assets/week (posts, one-pagers, briefs).
- • Write and edit clear copy for provider, payer, and employer audiences.
- • Maintain and update the website (Next.js + simple CMS/workflows).
- • Coordinate webinars/events: landing pages, invites, follow-ups, and lead routing.
- • Manage a light paid strategy (LinkedIn/retargeting) with simple experiments.
- • Create sales enablement: case studies, decks, leave-behinds, and templates.
- • Track channel performance and pipeline impact; report simple, honest metrics.
Qualifications
- • 2+ years in B2B marketing (healthcare or regulated services preferred).
- • Strong writing and content ops; comfortable with short and long-form.
- • Basic design chops (Figma/Canva) and website editing (markdown/Next.js or CMS).
- • Comfort running lightweight experiments and reporting outcomes.
- • Organized, deadline-driven, and collaborative with Sales/Ops.
- • US work authorization.
Nice to Have
- • Healthcare payer/provider exposure (UM, rev cycle, care management).
- • Experience with HubSpot or a comparable lightweight CRM/MA stack.
- • Basic SEO principles and keyword-informed content outlines.

Keep our operations humming. You’ll support recruiting/onboarding, vendor coordination, scheduling, light AP/AR, and general admin. The ideal person is organized, proactive, and great with people.

Keep our operations humming. You’ll support recruiting/onboarding, vendor coordination, scheduling, light AP/AR, and general admin. The ideal person is organized, proactive, and great with people.
Responsibilities
- • Coordinate interview scheduling, offers, and new-hire onboarding checklists.
- • Own equipment orders, account provisioning, and basic access requests.
- • Support light AP/AR tasks: invoice tracking, receipts, and vendor set-ups.
- • Maintain policy docs, templates, and internal knowledge ‘source of truth’.
- • Assist with letter templates and formatting for UM correspondence (no clinical work).
- • Plan small team events and manage office supplies/shipments as needed.
- • Triage shared inboxes and route requests to the right owner quickly.
Qualifications
- • 2+ years in operations, admin, or office coordination (healthcare a plus).
- • Detail-oriented with strong organization and follow-through.
- • Comfort with spreadsheets, doc templates, and basic accounting workflows.
- • Professional, friendly communicator across teams and with vendors.
- • Able to handle confidential information with care.
- • US work authorization; ability to be on-site in Lincoln, NE.
Nice to Have
- • Experience in a HIPAA-aware environment or with SOC2 basics.
- • Basic knowledge of HRIS or ticketing tools.
- • Notary or willingness to obtain (company-funded).
